Notes
Reported playing nicely on the CrossOver-tree engine r8. The one issue reported is that you cannot tab out of the game once it is running (Command-Tab does not leave it), which is the fullscreen behaviour tracked on highball#72. The reporter did not say which graphics mode. No measurement here yet.
