Reported by skhahehe (highball-db#253, 2026-09-29) on an Intel Mac (Core i7-8750H), macOS 15.7.9, with an unofficial Intel build of Highball (version 1.0.0-intelmac), engine x64-sikarugir10.0_6-r13, environment mode DXVK with Wine's own Direct3D named as the renderer, a local copy of the game, rated 5 of 5 after 6 minutes with minor stutter. Not verified by the maintainer.
Before installing anything, it is worth checking whether the game already ships a native Mac build.
